How to trigger a no-show claim
- 1Arrive at the customer's location and start the 15-minute countdown in the Fitter Hub.
- 2If the customer is absent after 15 minutes, upload a timestamped photo of the location.
- 3The platform captures the pre-authorised dispatch fee and automatically adds the compensation to your Pending Payout ledger. Once your photo is quickly verified, the funds are cleared for payout — no chasing the customer required.
