Partner Program Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Rescue Fitter Partner Program ("Program"). By registering as an Affiliate, Partner, or Referrer ("Partner", "you", "your") and sharing your unique referral link, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Rescue Fitter ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To participate in the Program, you must be a registered business (e.g., sole trader, limited company) or an individual aged 18 or older operating in the United Kingdom. Rescue Fitter reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any Partner's participation at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.
2. Referral Mechanics & Tracking
Upon registration, you will receive a unique tracking link. A referral is only considered valid and eligible for commission if the customer:
- Clicks your unique tracking link.
- Successfully completes a booking and pays the Priority Dispatch Fee.
- Does not cancel the booking and the job is successfully completed by a fitter on the Rescue Fitter network.
We use session storage and Stripe metadata to track referrals. Rescue Fitter is not responsible for tracking failures caused by the customer clearing their browser cache, using incognito mode, or failing to use the link correctly.
3. Commission Structure
Rescue Fitter pays a flat-rate commission for every successfully completed job originating from your tracking link.
- Daytime Referrals (08:00 - 17:59): £5.00 per completed job.
- Nighttime/Emergency Referrals (18:00 - 07:59): £15.00 per completed job.
4. Payout Terms
- Minimum Threshold: Payouts are only processed once your unpaid balance reaches £30.00.
- Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed on or around the 1st of every calendar month.
- Payment Method: Payouts are made via direct bank transfer (BACS) to the UK bank account details provided. We are not liable for delayed payments resulting from incorrect bank details.
5. Tax and Employment Status
You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. As outlined in our Affiliate Tax Strategy, you are 100% responsible for declaring any income earned through this Program to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and paying any applicable taxes. All commissions are paid at a flat, inclusive rate; Rescue Fitter will not pay VAT on top of the stated commission rates.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not misrepresent your relationship with Rescue Fitter or claim to be an employee. You must not engage in spam or deceptive marketing. You must not bid on Rescue Fitter branded keywords in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
